"The great thing about Ayurveda is that it's treatments always yield side benefits, not side effects" - Shubhra Krishan
Your Ayurvedic healing journey will begin with a consultation. Tali will carry out a detailed assessment of your current state (vikriti) and your natural constitution (prakriti). She will analyse the strength of your digestion, level of toxins, health of the bodily tissues, and channels. Tali will use questionnaires and traditional diagnostic techniques including tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis to determine an individually tailored diet and lifestyle program.
After the initial consultation, it is recommended that clients return for at least one follow-up consultation. Follow-up appointments are encouraged as it allows time for the client to follow their recommendations, return with new insights and observations, and delve deeper into creating balance. Tali may adjust and add to current recommendations or address new health concerns. Follow-up consultations are usually 30-45 minutes in length.
Body treatment therapies

The warm oils are applied to the body, allowing the therapeutic herbs to be absorbed, working to cleanse toxins from the bloodstream and restore vitality on a cellular level. Tali ensures all treatments follow traditional and authentic guidelines.
